Basic Needs Assistance & Family Support Programs

At The Salvation Army, we are committed to meeting the essential needs of individuals and families of all ages. Whether you’re facing food insecurity, housing challenges, or seasonal hardships, our programs provide food, clothing, shelter, and household essentials - along with hope, encouragement, and guidance.

Food Pantry

Our Food Pantry is available every Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Emergency food supplies are distributed based on family size to help bridge the gap during difficult times.

Emergency Assistance

Depending on available funding, we may be able to assist with:
  • Clothing
  • Furniture and appliances
  • Household necessities
  • Temporary lodging
Each service has eligibility requirements, including proof of identification, residency, and income guidelines. Assistance is provided by appointment only. Call our office at (414) 762-3993 for more details.

Pathway of Hope

Through Pathway of Hope, families with children can access personalized case management designed to break the cycle of crisis. Working alongside a case manager, families create an action plan, build on strengths, and receive ongoing support to achieve stability and long-term goals.

Seasonal Assistance Programs

We understand that certain times of the year bring added challenges. Our Seasonal Assistance Programs help families during these critical moments with resources such as:

  • Back-to-School Supplies
