All For Jesus

This year we have one priority: be All For Jesus, be all in. Everything we do — loving, serving, and discipling in every community — is offered to Him.

Our priority this year

Three Priorities Become One

For the past three years, the USA Southern Territory has focused on three priorities: Love, Serve, and Disciple. This year they come together under one priority — be All For Jesus.

Nothing is being set aside. Loving our neighbors, serving our communities, and making disciples are still the work. To be All For Jesus is to believe in Jesus and in the salvation He gives, to depend on His power at work within us, and to give Him all of ourselves — our whole lives and our whole ministry. That is what we are asking of ourselves this year, and what we want to help others find.

    Evangelism, Community Engagement, and Biblical Justice.

  • Priority Serve

    Recruitment, Youth, and Mission Integration & Development.

  • Priority Disciple

    Prayer, Discipleship, Leadership Development, and Holiness.

  • This year · Oct–Sept All For Jesus

    All three, given wholly to Jesus — our lives and our ministry.

The call

Answering God’s Call

The Salvationists of the Southern Territory are answering God’s call to make radical followers of Jesus Christ who love inclusively, serve helpfully, and disciple effectively in the communities where they live.

Each part of that call rests on Scripture.

  • Radical followers
    “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.”

  • Love inclusively
    “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’”

  • Serve helpfully

How Much Is All?

Jesus was asked to name the greatest commandment. His answer hinges on one repeated word: all. But “all” is only as big as the words it’s attached to — so how big are they?

    The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.

Four Passages to Pray Through

Four passages on what it means to be all in, whether you have followed Jesus for years or are just beginning. Read the passage, then sit with the question.

  1. Be All In

    Read Romans 12:1–2 and Luke 9:23

    Jesus speaks of taking up the cross daily. Being all in is not a single decision — it is a choice we make again each morning.

    What is one thing you are still holding back from Him this year?

  2. Love

    Read 1 John 4:7–21

    God’s love for us comes first, and it is meant to reach the people around us.

    Who is nearby that God is asking you to love well?

  3. Serve

    Read Philippians 2:3–11 and Micah 6:8

    Jesus served without holding on to status. Micah names what God asks: act justly, love mercy, walk humbly.

    Where could you serve someone this week?

  4. Disciple

    Read Matthew 28:18–20

    Jesus sends us out to help others follow Him, and promises to be with us as we go.

    Who is one person you could walk alongside this year?

Act justly. Love mercy. Walk humbly. Three things, and we have never once managed to do one of them without the other two.

Centennial Celebration:
All For Jesus

The USA Southern Territory was officially inaugurated in Atlanta in April 1927. A hundred years later, the territory gathers in the same city for a celebration that carries this year’s priority as its name.

A call to prayer

The 24/7 Prayer Initiative

Every Salvationist across the Southern Territory is invited to join a year-long movement of continuous intercession. From Commissioning 2026 through the Centennial Celebration in June 2027 — 365 days, 24 hours of prayer a day. Take an hour, and be all in.

Everyone Is Welcome

You do not have to be a Salvationist to be all in. The best way to get the help you need, or to find a place to volunteer, is to connect with a local center or church near you.

    Sunday worship and holiness meetings usually start around 11:00 AM, with Sunday school and small groups before or after. Expect uplifting music, a brief message of hope, and a welcoming atmosphere.
