Get Ready for a Great Summer!

Camper applications for summer 2026 are now live!

Parents & Guardians can register their camper(s) online through the CampDoc registration system. Click here to register online via CampDoc.

Create a profile for each camper, which will include the required and necessary information to register an individual to attend Northwoods Camp. The system will send notifications when documents are outstanding and will notify when a camper is fully registered.

Profiles must be 100% complete to be considered registered for camp.

Plan Ahead: Camper Physicals

The State of Minnesota requires children’s camps to collect a certificate of health for each camper, staff member, and volunteer. The certificate of health will be based on a physical examination. It is highly recommended that the physical be performed 90 days before camp attendance, especially for individuals with existing health conditions.

A blank certificate of health document is provided in the online registration and can be uploaded once complete.

Camper Fees

There os a fee set for $10/day for each camp. Campers affiliated with a Salvation Army unit within the Northern Division are not required to pay the default fee set in CampDoc. Salvation Army units may determine their own fee structure for their affiliated campers.

Contact your local Salvation Army unit to learn more.
