How we help

The Salvation Army provides treatment and rehabilitation for men and women battling substance abuse. These programs restore an individual's confidence and self-esteem through work, therapy, counseling, recreation and training. Once clients complete treatment, they are often reunited with their families and return to their communities as contributing members of society.

Harbor Light

The Harbor Light program is an intense, inpatient substance abuse treatment program. The program - one of the most respected in the country - also provides transitional services and employment training to help clients overcome their addiction and successfully transition back into their communities.

Adult Rehabilitation Centers

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers provide work-based therapy for substance abuse and support groups using the AA model, and spiritual counseling and education for a minimum of six months.
