  • Location: 916 Hughitt Avenue (Upstairs Chapel)
    • Please bring following documentation
      • ID
      • Proof of Douglas County Resident (Mail..etc)
      • Proof of custody of each child in household (Birth Certificate, Medical Insurance, etc.)
  • Receive Location, Date, & Time for your Family Toy Pickup
