Faith House Family Services Information

We are honored to work one-on-one with some of the most vulnerable individuals in Burnett County. Our mission is to meet each client where they are, helping them set realistic, attainable goals that pave the way toward independence and permanent housing.

Faith House Shelter has achieved nearly 100% placement into permanent housing for those who complete our program. Many of our former residents attribute their long-term success to the personalized case management and consistent support they received during their stay.

How We Equip Families for Long-Term Success

Personalized Case Management

Case management is the cornerstone of our approach. At Faith House Shelter, every resident is partnered with a Case Manager who works closely with them to develop and follow a personalized plan. These plans may include securing employment, attending medical or mental health appointments, applying for essential resources, and locating permanent housing.

Each person and family brings a unique set of circumstances. Our case management ensures that the path toward healing and independence is tailored to fit their individual needs - giving them the best chance at long-term success.

Building Community Through Partnerships

Local churches, civic groups, and community organizations play a vital role in supporting our families. We welcome them to visit Faith House Shelter to offer workshops, host fun activities, or simply connect with residents. These experiences help foster a sense of belonging and community for our families - encouraging them to build support networks that continue long after they leave our shelter.
