Local Programs and Services
The Salvation Army Oshkosh is committed to delivering impactful social and spiritual services to the greater Oshkosh community, working hand in hand with local partners to meet critical needs.
Conveniently located downtown across from the courthouse, our center supports nearly one in ten Oshkosh households through our food pantry and serves approximately 50,000 meals each year to individuals facing food insecurity due to poverty, disability, or other hardships.
“The Emergency Food Assistance Program is a federally funded program administered through the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services. The Oshkosh Salvation Army Food Pantry is a recipient of this program and distributes TEFAP foods.”
In addition to year-round services, we offer seasonal programs such as Toy Shop and Coats for Kids, which help families experiencing temporary financial challenges provide their children with basic necessities and joyful childhood experiences.
