Available Rental Spaces 

Gymnasium Rental

Official-size gym – accommodates up to 300 guests

  • Great for basketball practice, volleyball teams, dance rehearsals, and large gatherings 
  • Baseball/Softball Net Setup: $15 fee (starting Jan 2026) for pitching or batting practice
  • Volleyball Setup: $25 per event + $65.00/an hour gym rental (See below for a list of rates).  (starting Jan 2026)

Fellowship Hall

        

Seats up to 150 guests

Flexible setup for banquets, showers, craft fairs, conventions, meetings, and more

Ideal for:

  • Baby showers & wedding showers 
  • Homeowner or community meetings
  • Craft & quilt groups
  • Sports card shows
  • Vendor fairs or conventions 

Blue Room (Multi-Purpose Room)

Comfortable carpeted open room.  Perfect for meetings, church services, and small gatherings

Auditorium / Chapel

     

Seating for up to 300 guests

Customizable for ceremonies, services, and events

Senior Center Lounge-Small lounge-style classroom with couches and chairs for informal gatherings (No Special Set ups)

Rental Rates (As of January 1, 2026)

  • Gym: $65/hour
  • Gym W/Kitchen $75.00/hour
    • Add use of the Fellowship Hall to the gym (2 Rooms and kitchen $125.00 an hour)
    • 1 time set up fee of $85.00 for special events
  • Fellowship Hall: $65/hour 
  • Fellowship Hall W/Kitchen: $75.00/hour 
    • 1 time set up fee of $85.00 for special events
  • Blue Room: $65/hour 
    • 1 Time Set up fee of $85.00 for special events
  • Classroom South or North Upstairs: $35/hour each* (as is)
  • Craft Room: $40/hour* (as is) (Comes with a sink)
  • *$15.00 1 time set up fee (we will set up the room to your specifications) 
  • Senior Center Lounge $50.00 an hour (As is, no special Set ups)
  • Auditorium/Chapel: $130.00/hour (w/Soundboard),
  • Auditorium/Chapel: $160/hour (with someone to run the sound.  We will need 3 weeks notice prior to your event)
  • If you would like to add our Fellowship Hall to your Chapel/Auditorium rental that would be an additional $50.00 an hour
    • $100.00 one time set up fee for special events on the main floor (Chapel, Fellowship Hall, Blue Room, Gym)

Set-Up Fees 

  • $85 – Fellowship Hall, Blue Room, Gym. Includes removal/reset of tables and chairs or custom setups (banquets, receptions, conventions) 
  • $100.00 for Chapel/auditorium Set up
  • $25 – access to tables & chairs (you handle setup/teardown)
    • 135 white folding chairs
    • 8 large round tables
    • 34 white 6’ rectangle tables
    • 18 black 6’ rectangle tables
    • 33 white 8’ rectangle tables
  • Portable Sound System: $30 (includes speakers, mixer, mics, stands, setup)
  • Optional Cleanup Service: $30/hour (2-hour minimum) 

Book Your Event

We host a wide variety of events including:

  • Birthday Parties/Quinceañeras – stage available for DJs (Blue Room and/or Gym)
  • Dance Rehearsals - Spacious areas for practice and choreography
  • Recitals & Performances - Auditorium with professional sound options
  • NERFWAR PARTIES- tired of trying to figure out what to do to top last years birthday party? How about hosting a Nerfwar party here at The Oak Creek Salvation Army?                      The Nerfwar Party package includes: 
    • Nerfwars for up to 25 kids.  Including the birthday child
    • 6 pizzas from Papa Murphy's (Basic flavors Pep, sausage, Cheese) 
      • We will need your order at least a day prior to your event.
      • If you want additional pizzas that will be an additional $7.00 each
      • If you want specialty pizzas it will be full price from the Papa Murphys menu
      • You will cook the pizzas while the kids play.  Our Program aide can assist with preparing the pizzas.
    • 3.5 hours party time (1st half hour is set up, then party time, the last half hour is clean up)
    • Program aide to facilitate games
    • We provide the Nerf Guns and safety goggles
    • 3 Rooms at your disposal: Gym/Kitchen/Fellowship Hall
    • You can bring in your own food and drink (NO ALCOHOL FOR THE ADULTS!)
    • You may decorate to your specifications however we request no glitter or dots.  You will sign an agreement that will assure us that you will clean the space to the way you found it when it your party is complete.
