Volunteer Opportunities

Kitchen

Weekday Volunteers: Work alongside the Kitchen Coordinator to help prepare and serve meals to our community. Responsibilities include assisting with food prep, serving meals, and post-meal clean-up. Hours are 10 am to 1 pm. 

Weekend Volunteer Groups: Responsibilities include preparing sandwiches and place them in lunch bags alongside pre-prepped items, serving meals, and post-meal clean-up. Hours are 10 am-1 pm.

Pantry

130 E North St. Appleton, WI 54911

Stockers: Stocking shelves, freezers, and refrigerators with incoming food donations. Must be able to lift 20+ lbs. Carts are provided for ease of transporting from one area to the other. Hours are 8 am-12 pm.

Shoppers: Filling grocery bags with food items for our clients. Grocery carts are used as the bags are filled so no lifting is required. May also may help in other areas of the food pantry. Hours are 8 am-12 pm.

Other Opportunities

Special Events: Food drives, Hygiene Drives, Hope Night, Community Events, Fundraisers.

Christmas: Adopt-a-Family, Toys for Tots, Coats for Kids, Bell Ringing, Parade Decorating.
