Annual Christmas Campaign
Share Hope and Kindness With The Salvation Army
At The Salvation Army, practical kindness helps strengthen individuals, families, and communities. Together, we work to address immediate needs, create lasting stability, and support our neighbors through life's challenges.
The Christmas Campaign is an opportunity for our community to come together in compassion and generosity, sharing time, talents, and resources to make a meaningful difference during the holiday season and throughout the year.
Ways to Get Involved
Bags of Hope
Help brighten the holidays by filling a Bag of Hope with seasonal supplies, gifts, toiletries, clothing, and other essential items. Donations can be dropped off at The Salvation Army to support local individuals and families during the Christmas season.
Golden Kettle Legacy Memorial
The Golden Kettle Legacy Memorial honors the memory and lasting impact of those whose kindness and generosity have strengthened our community. We welcome the opportunity to recognize loved ones, community members, and organizational leaders whose legacy continues to inspire service and compassion.
Golden Ticket Tours
Experience the mission and ministry of The Salvation Army through a personalized tour of our facility. Learn about our history, programs, and the ways we serve the community while exploring opportunities to become involved.
To schedule a tour, please email FDLSAinfo@usc.salvationarmy.org with "Request a Tour" in the subject line.
Ring the Bell This Christmas Season
Volunteering as a Red Kettle bell ringer is a meaningful way to support local families and neighbors in need. Opportunities are available for individuals, families, businesses, and community groups.
Funds raised through the Red Kettle Campaign help support a wide range of Salvation Army programs and services, including emergency assistance, housing support, disaster relief, children's programs, anti-human trafficking initiatives, rehabilitation services, and other community ministries.
Donate to a Virtual Red Kettle
Online giving provides another way to support local families and community programs. Contributions to the Virtual Red Kettle help sustain services during the holidays and throughout the year, ensuring that assistance remains available whenever it is needed most.
