Seasonal Assistance

The Salvation Army provides Seasonal services to help families in need at specific times during the year.
  • Summer Camp: Provides opportunities for families with children 8-12 and 13-17, who otherwise might not have the chance, to experience a week of exciting activities, friendship, and fun. Sign-ups start in June with camp in August (time may vary).

 

  • Back-To-School: Provides backpacks containing grade-specific school supplies for families that register. Sign-ups start in early July with a distribution date set before the start of school.

 

  • Angel Tree: Provides holiday gifts, newborn to 18, for families that register. Sign-ups start in October/November.

 

  • Adopt-a-Family: Provides an opportunity for an individual/organization/business to adopt a family and provide for their holiday meal and gifts.
