Keith and Kathleen Hallman Endowment
The Salvation Army Bremerton Corps is grateful to generous donors, Keith and Kathleen Hallman, for providing the funds to establish an endowment focused on meeting the needs of our community.
For more than 100 years, The Salvation Army Bremerton Corps has served individuals and families facing hardship throughout Bremerton and Kitsap County. Every day, we respond to urgent needs through food assistance, emergency financial aid, homelessness prevention services, seasonal programs, and community outreach. Whether a family is struggling to pay utility bills, a senior needs assistance accessing groceries, or a neighbor is facing an unexpected crisis, The Salvation Army is here to help.
The Keith and Kathy Hallman Endowment will provide annual distributions to support existing Salvation Army programs in Bremerton and throughout Kitsap County, ensuring critical services remain available regardless of economic fluctuations or annual fundraising performance.
Annual earnings from the endowment will support:
- Food assistance and hunger relief programs
- Emergency financial assistance
- Homelessness prevention and supportive services
- Seasonal assistance programs
- Community outreach initiatives
- Emerging needs identified by local Corps leadership
By focusing on program sustainability rather than facility development, The Salvation Army can remain responsive to changing community needs while preserving donor investments for long-term impact.
We invite you to join Keith and Kathy in funding this endowment. Your support allows us to respond quickly to changing needs and provide critical services to our neighbors throughout the year. Help meet our community's greatest needs and make a lasting difference for local individuals and families. Donate today.
