Our utility assistance programs help cover part of, or all, a utility bill for qualifying low-income households. We work directly with utility provides to help apply direct funds. These are secondary programs to the government-funded HEAT program.
Please contact the Corps office as each utility program (gas, electricity, water) has different program requirements. Each assistance is available only once per year, per household.
Please allow up to three business days for staff to contact you, after you submit your information.
