Members from the crew of the film Ordinary Angels rallied alongside The Salvation Army to help ensure members of the community did not go without food in New York

In a heartwarming collaboration between the film Ordinary Angels and The Salvation Army, a group of dedicated individuals joined forces to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need. On Tuesday, February 20, members of the marketing crew with @_jacobpetersen_, @juliaapoee, and @joslyn Davis, influencers associated with the film, came together at The Salvation Army Harlem Temple Corps in New York to lend a helping hand and support the local community.

For two hours, the team from Ordinary Angels immersed themselves in various activities aimed at addressing the issue of hunger within the community. They passionately engaged in preparing hundreds of hot meals, unpacking food boxes, stacking pantry shelves, and extending a helping hand to Salvation Army clients as they selected items from the choice food pantry.

Volunteering with The Salvation Army is not just an act of service; it's a transformative experience that shows love to those in need and leaves a lasting impact on everyone involved. Joslyn Davis shared her sentiments about the experience by saying “It’s incredible to see the work you are doing here and how many lives you are impacting and just how much joy is here.”

The collaboration between Ordinary Angels and The Salvation Army is about coming together as a community to love those in need. Let this joint effort serve as an inspiration for others to get involved by volunteering in their communities and encouraging more individuals to join the cause.
