Annual Report 2025

Annual reports are a great way to show the community, volunteers, advisory members, and donors the great work you are doing. Each PMC Corps or Area Command is required to have an annual report.
All PMC Corps/Area Commands are required to complete an annual report. This is mandatory per Major Syung Young Lee.
Divisional Headquarters has set up a system to make creating your report quick and easy. Please review the information below, then proceed to the sign-up form.
The templates include a client or program story as well as a donor story. If you do not have one ready, DHQ Comms will insert a generic story.

Option 1 - Booklet
Process:
- Command completes the online sign-up
- DHQ creates an annual report booklet
- DHQ emails the command a pdf proof
- The command requests edits, if necessary
- DHQ completes edits until the proof is approved
- Printing - Your choice: DHQ, local printing, or none
- DHQ creates the annual report web page
Command Receives:
- Printed booklets if DHQ is handling the printing
- A print-ready file if the command is printing locally
- Shareable digital version if not printing
- Annual report web page
- Social Media graphics

Option 2 - Z-fold
Process:
- Command completes the online sign-up
- DHQ creates annual report z-fold
- DHQ emails the command a pdf proof
- The command requests edits, if necessary
- DHQ completes edits until the proof is approved
- Printing - Your choice: DHQ, local printing, or none
- DHQ creates the annual report web page
Command Receives:
- Printed z-folds if DHQ is handling the printing
- Print-ready file if the command is printing locally
- Shareable digital version if not printing

- Social Media graphics
Option 3 - Web Only
Process:
- Command completes the online sign-up
- DHQ creates an annual report web page
- Command reviews content and requests edits, if necessary
Command Receives:
- Annual report web page
- Social Media graphics

Yes! During sign-up, you’ll have the option to print them locally.
Unfortunately, no. While commands have several choices regarding content, to produce 50+ annual reports efficiently we cannot accept additional content and/or graphics.
Yes! You are under no obligation to participate in the DHQ annual report opportunity, but all PMC Corps/Area Commands are required to complete an annual report. This is mandatory per Major Syung Young Lee. You are welcome to create your own. All PMC Corps/Commands are required to complete an Annual Report.

Initial DHQ processing takes approximately 7-10 days from sign-up.
DHQ printing and shipping take approximately 11 working days.
When planning, factor in the time it takes to review proofs and complete edits.
A z-fold is similar to a trifold, with a different fold style.
Yes. The Finance Department will send the command an invoice after the reports are sent to the printer.
It’s important to show our communities and partners that we are good stewards. It’s also a great way to build partnerships and inspire volunteers and advisory members/potential members.

DHQ will add your report information to your website automatically.
All financial information is supplied by the Divisional Finance Department at DHQ. (The Finance Department must approve any requests for edits to the financial information.
When your Command signs up, you will enter stats. If you need assistance with stats, please contact Florence Kuria.
A proof will be sent to the commands. If errors are found, DHQ will correct them and create a new proof for review. A print file will not be created until the proof is approved by the command.
Warning! Vendors will not reprint reports due to errors on our end. Review proofs carefully.
