Christmas Center Employment Opportunities

The Salvation Army needs several employees for short-term seasonal employment as part of our Christmas assistance team. Our Angel Tree program will run from Oct. 6 to Dec. 22 and will require several full-time employees to fill these temporary roles. Salaries range from $15-$17 per hour. Last year we provided Christmas assistance to over 3,500 children and 1,300 seniors in the Charlotte community. NOTE: these roles are full-time with daily hours from 8:30 – 4:30 and some Saturday and evening work required.

Bi-Lingual Communication Coordinator (Full Season)

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Provides translation support and communication with Hispanic clients
  • Assists with volunteer coordination and registration tasks
