2025 Annual Reports

Annual reports are a great way to show the community, volunteers, advisory members, and donors the great work you are doing. 

Divisional Headquarters has set up a system to make creating your report quick and easy. Please review the information below, then proceed to the sign-up form to enter some vital information and choose the options that best suit your command. There is no cost associated with requesting a report unless you would like DHQ to handle printing for you. See detailed pricing information below.

Option 1 - Booklet

Process:

  • Command completes the online sign-up

  • DHQ creates an annual report booklet

  • DHQ emails the command a pdf proof

  • The command requests edits, if necessary

  • DHQ completes edits until the proof is approved

  • Printing - Your choice: DHQ, local printing, or none

  • DHQ creates the annual report web page

Command Receives:

  • Printed booklets if DHQ is handling the printing

  • A print-ready file if the command is printing locally

  • Shareable digital version if not printing

  • Annual report web page

  • Social Media graphics

Option 2 - Z-fold

Process:

  • Command completes the online sign-up

  • DHQ creates annual report z-fold

  • DHQ emails the command a pdf proof

  • The command requests edits, if necessary

  • DHQ creates the annual report web page
