Job Skills Career Support Program

The Salvation Army’s Job Skills Career Support Program is a free, 2-week course designed to help students build important job and life skills for long-term success. Participants will engage in job readiness workshops, receive one-on-one case management, and learn essential skills to prepare for the workplace. Upon completion, participants will be connected to specialized certification programs that align with their career goals.

How to Qualify:

  • Submit an application
  • Complete an interview
  • Provide a picture ID
  • Meet income eligibility requirements

Potential candidates should:

  • Be homeless or at risk of being homeless (several spots are reserved for those who do not fit this category)
  • Must be between the age of 18-62
  • Possess basic knowledge of reading, writing, and math
  • Complete an application
