Echelon Cincinnati believes that young professionals have the power to create meaningful change in our community through service, leadership, philanthropy, and advocacy. By connecting passionate individuals with The Salvation Army's mission, we help meet today's greatest needs while inspiring the next generation of community leaders.

We are committed to serving others with compassion and dignity, welcoming people from all backgrounds, and supporting The Salvation Army's work throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

How We Serve

• Host the annual Mission Possible Gala, our signature fundraising event that raises critical support for The Salvation Army's programs while bringing together young professionals committed to making a difference.
  
  
• Volunteer throughout the year with Salvation Army programs across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, supporting children, families, seniors, and individuals experiencing hardship.
  
  
• Advocate for The Salvation Army's mission by raising awareness, building community partnerships, and supporting initiatives such as anti-human trafficking, youth development, and emergency assistance.
  
  
• Provide meaningful opportunities for young professionals to connect through networking events, social gatherings, and service projects that foster both professional relationships and community impact.
  
  
• Support local children, families, and seniors during the Christmas season through Adopt-A-Family and other holiday initiatives.
