This preschool was started at the request of parents. Now a project is underway to build appropriate early childhood space so they do not need to use the Corps chapel. Sponsorship funds will also be used for nutrition and basic learning supplies. Much more support is needed.

This school has many learners with mental disabilities and some with physical disabilities. Sponsorship funds will be used for large game boards for outside, matts and elastic bands for physical therapy, plus food and other adaptive educational materials needed for these special learners. Mitoto School for the Visually Impaired - Kenya

This special school is for learners with a range of visual impairments. Children are taught basic life skills that they may not have learned at home, including how to keep the classroom and compound clean and tidy. They are also taught all subjects, often using books written in Braille. The Braille machines, special books and paper are very expensive, so a project is being prepared to acquire these materials.
