PUT YOUR BEST FOOT FORWARD FOR KIDS In Fall River, 1 in 5 residents is living in poverty.  Families are making impossible choices every day—and that’s where The Salvation Army steps in.

As one of the most recognized nonprofits, we are uniquely positioned to serve every zip code in Massachusetts. When you support the 16th Annual Fall River 5K, you are helping hardworking, struggling  parents provide essentials like food, coats, and afterschool care. It also does something just as powerful: it enables kids to simply be kids. Because of you, children can experience a life-changing week at The Salvation Army’s Camp Wonderland, a place to grow and feel hope. They can also dive into our various enrichment programs in Fall River. Every step you take helps open doors for local children all year long.
