Every child deserves a warm coat during the colder seasons

The goal of our Coats For Kids event is to pair new winter coats with local children in need. Thanks to youth-focused fundraisers and dedicated donations, we'll provide more than 300 coats to kids ages 0-15 in Monroe County this year.

Our 2025 coat registration is full for 2025. Please call 211 for other local coat assistance.

 Appointments are offered:  
-in order of which the applications are received
-when complete and accurate information is provided

Appointment emails will be sent within 2-3 days of receiving a complete and accurate request. Please check your email inbox and reply to the email to confirm your appointment, or your may lose your appointment.

Coats For Kids needs your help with:

  • hosting a new coat drive in your workplace, church, neighborhood or organization
  • monetary donations to help us purchase coats for kids
  • volunteers to set up our Coats for Kids "shopping" space
  • volunteers to assist families as they "shop" for children's coats
