Share Story

At Camp Mihaska, our mission is to ignite the hearts and minds of campers, guiding those who are unfamiliar with Jesus to discover Him as their Savior, while deepening the connection and understanding of those who already know Him. Through meaningful experiences, engaging activities and nurturing community, we aim to empower every participant to leave with a stronger faith and a clearer understanding of the love and grace of Jesus Christ.

Our Value Statement clearly illustrates our vision for Camp Mihaska:

  • Faith Development: Campers have the opportunity to deepen their faith through worship, prayer, and spiritual discussions, nurturing their relationship with God and fostering spiritual growth.
  • Compassion: Rooted in our Christian faith, we demonstrate compassion and care for each camper, nurturing their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
  • Safety: We prioritize the safety and well-being of every camper and maintain high standards of supervision, health care, and facility management.
  •  Empowerment: We empower young individuals to discover their potential, fostering leadership skills and self-confidence in a supportive environment.
  •  Inclusivity: Our camp welcomes all youth, regardless of background or circumstance, creating a diverse community where everyone feels valued and respected.
  • Adventure: We provide exciting outdoor adventures and recreational activities, encouraging campers to explore nature, challenge themselves, and create lasting memories.
  • Character Building: Through mentorship and character-building programs, we instill values such as honesty, integrity, and responsibility, equipping campers with essential life skills.
  •  Friendship: Camp fosters meaningful friendships and social connections, promoting teamwork, cooperation, and empathy among peers.
  •  Fun and Joy: Above all, our camp is a place of joy and laughter, where campers can relax, have fun, and experience the wonder of childhood in a supportive and caring community.

The legacy of Camp Mihaska is deserving of honor and praise, all in His name. Would you help us ensure that people in our community are able to experience the joys of camp for years to come?
