Airway Response and Resource Center
HOPE STARTS HERE
The Salvation Army Airway Response and Resource Center - Opening in September 2026
When disaster strikes, families are hungry, or neighbors face crisis, The Salvation Army must be ready to respond immediately.
That response begins long before an emergency ever happens. Long before the need is urgent.
The Salvation Army Airway Response and Resource Center, opening in September 2026, exists so that when people are hurting, help is already on the way.
The historic Airway Drive-In Theatre, located in St. Ann, is being transformed into the operational heart of The Salvation Army’s regional response efforts, designed to bring emergency services, food distribution, volunteer coordination, and compassionate care closer to our neighbors when they need it most.
- Rapid Emergency Response Logistics
- Community Resource and Distribution Hub
- Compassionate Service
- Volunteer Coordination and Training
- Regional Emergency Preparedness Support
The Center supports every area of our work and serves as a shared community resource—a place where partners, volunteers, and organizations come together to strengthen response, coordination, and resilience. Every pallet stored, every volunteer trained, and every response plan prepared represents lives better served when it matters most.
Giving Levels
Giving levels are aligned with our William Booth Society levels, which present additional benefits and opportunities to partner with The Salvation Army.

A gift beginning at $5,000 will ensure your place on our Founding Partner donor wall inside the Airway Response and Resource Center as supporters who helped launch a new era of hope, preparedness, and regional response for The Salvation Army.
As the Center prepares to open in September 2026, this is a unique opportunity to help establish the foundation for disaster response, food security, and compassionate care for thousands of individuals and families across our region.
