We are here to help you complete your court-mandated community service hours! If you’re looking for one place to complete your required hours, and you need a letter of verification to show someone--you’re in the right place.

Getting Started is Easy
- Sign Up: Create an account with The Salvation Army. If you haven’t done that yet, there’s no need to worry. Making an account is quick and easy. Click “Create Account” on this page and fill out the form. By signing up, you are accepting the terms and conditions detailed at the bottom of the form. After this, you will be ready to start your credentials, which are required prior to service.
- Complete These Credentials: Once logged in, click on your account name (top right-hand side) and select “Account.” Then, click on “Credentials” in the menu on the left-hand side and click on an individual credential “Status” to initiate it. Find the list of required credentials below:
- Background Check
- Safe from Harm Training (on-demand video training for volunteers, approx. 3-4 hours)

- Volunteer Policy Acknowledgment & Release
- Volunteer Liability Waiver/Hold Harmless Agreement
- Additional Required Step for Community Service Volunteers: Prior to service, all community service workers must acknowledge the following form.
- Community Service Work Program Acknowledgement and Release
