The Salvation Army Welcomes Six Distinguished Leaders to Its National Advisory Board
Alexandria, VA (January 30, 2026) – The Salvation Army’s National Headquarters is honored to announce the appointment of six accomplished leaders to its National Advisory Board (NAB). These individuals bring exceptional expertise in business, strategy, community engagement, and philanthropy, and will play a vital role in shaping the future of one of the nation’s largest and most trusted nonprofit organizations.
The NAB serves as a strategic resource, providing guidance and insight to advance The Salvation Army’s mission of preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and meeting human needs in His name without discrimination. By lending their voices and leadership, members help influence national initiatives that impact millions of lives across the United States.

NAB members were officially installed during its January board meeting in San Diego, CA.
Meredith Counce
Senior Vice President of Brand & Marketing, Dallas Cowboys
Meredith Counce oversees brand management, marketing, creative services, fan engagement, and the full brand experience for the Dallas Cowboys. She led the team’s first NFL Global Markets Program bid securing Mexico, and produces the annual Red Kettle Campaign halftime show.
Jaime Meyers
Lead Partner, Nonprofit Practice, Victory Search Group
Jaime Meyers leads nonprofit executive search and leadership development at Victory Search Group and founded CCC Leadership to strengthen women leaders in nonprofits and education. Her work equips mission-driven organizations to build intentional, effective leadership.
D’Juan Rudolph
National Manager of Business & Community Engagement, Toyota North America
D’Juan Rudolph leads partnerships that expand opportunity in education, workforce development, and civic participation at Toyota North America. He brings experience from RINDOX Solutions and the U.S. Department of Agriculture and is inspired by the legacy of his grandmother, Olympian Wilma Rudolph.
Tom Stumb
Chairman and CEO, Truxton Trust
Tom Stumb is Chairman and CEO of Truxton Trust and has served on its Board since co-founding the company in 2004. A committed civic leader, he chaired The Salvation Army Nashville Advisory Board and has served on multiple nonprofit and community boards.

Layla Villasenor is an Arizona real estate professional advising clients on complex residential and commercial transactions with a strategic, stewardship-focused approach. She brings 20+ years of leadership experience and serves on multiple boards, including The Salvation Army Phoenix Metro Advisory Board.
Alex Zikakis
CEO, Capstone Advisors
Alex Zikakis leads Capstone Advisors’ nationwide real estate investment, development, and asset management activities, overseeing nearly $3 billion in residential ventures and major commercial acquisitions. An endurance athlete, he once swam Kauai’s 16-mile Na Pali Coast in one day to raise funds for The Salvation Army.
