Some North Texas Roads Improve Tuesday but Refreeze Overnight

The Salvation Army of North Texas has helped 675 people in its warming shelters since Friday, a spokesperson said. These overnight warming shelters will remain open in Dallas and Tarrant counties:

• Arlington Corps Community Center, located at 712 West Abram Street in Arlington
• J.E. and L.E. Mabee Social Service Center, located at 1855 East Lancaster Avenue in Fort Worth
• Carr P. Collins Social Service Center, located at 5302 Harry Hines Boulevard in Dallas
• Garland Corps Community Center, located at 451 West Avenue D in Garland
