This position subscribes to, adheres to, and shares the Doctrines, Mission, and Positions of The Salvation Army Serves as an evangelist to the community and constituency of the Corps. Develop and leads worship services and ministerial programs. Provides spiritual guidance and leadership to the same. Serve the Corps by assisting in the planning, coordinating, administration, monitoring, evaluating, and developing the day-to-day operations of the Corps. Develops and leads religious programs. Participates in social service programs providing assistance to people in need.

Director of Operations - Alexandria, LA
The Salvation Army, an internationally recognized non-profit, faith-based organization, has a job opening for a Director of Operations position for the Alexandria, LA Corps located in Alexandria, LA.
This position supervises, monitors, and evaluates all operations within the location to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished and to confirm adherence to established policies and procedures. Ensures the United Way and other grant funding documentation is prepared and funds are administered appropriately. Serves as liaison and technical resource, external organizations, Advisory Board, Advisory Councils, and Executive Committees regarding the Corps business and programs. Assumes additional responsibilities at the direction of the Divisional Secretary for Program; serves as Salvation Army representative in the community to link Salvation Army programs to outside entities to promote The Salvation Army within the community.
