We want to inform you about an update regarding our GroupX reservations. Due to an unexpected issue with a third-party vendor, the server that supports our sales site is currently down. To address this, we will be migrating to a new server tomorrow morning, January 17, at 11:00 AM.
In the meantime, we are opening signups for all January GroupX classes tomorrow, Friday, January 17, at 6:00 AM. You will have the opportunity to register for all remaining classes in the month. We kindly ask that you reserve only the classes you can attend to ensure availability for other members.
For cancellations, please continue using LiveChat or the gym phone extension at 619-269-1472.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work toward a long-term solution. Thank you for being part of our community, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
