Alister's formative years were marked by his active involvement in the childcare and after-school program at our Bushwick Community Center. As time passed, Alister's experiences within our program helped him realized he wanted to assist others in realizing their inherent talents and gifts. Today, he leads the very same GAINS program that once nurtured his own growth.
