How We Empower Youth
Black Hills Camp
Every summer kids and teens enjoy activities and adventures amid the spectacular landscape of the Black Hills. Native American Camp for ages 7 through 14 as well as senior boys and girls camps are offered. Learn more about summer camp.
Character Building Troops | Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m. including dinner
Our character building classes offer the opportunity for kids to develop strong communication and leadership skills, grow their minds, and explore God's Word, all while having fun and connecting with their peers. Classes include:
- Sunbeams - girls in first through fifth grades
- Girl Guards - girls in sixth through 12th grades
- Adventure Corps - boys in first through 12th grades
Gospel Arts Music Education | Tuesdays at 6 p.m. during the school year
Youth in kindergarten through 12th grade are given opportunities to learn the basics of music through song, dance and instrument instruction. Classes are offered for timbrels, ukulele and beginner music theory. There is also an opportunity to sing in the youth choir and participate in special seasonal events like the Christmas Musical.
