Super Cupboard is a collaborative food education program with Penn State Nutrition Links and The Salvation Army. Participants are given a variety of healthy cooking lessons designed to teach them how to make delicious, practical, and cost effective meals. Every participant goes home with all the ingredients to prepare the same meal for their family for free. Currently, there are two separate programs offered, one in English and one in Spanish, each in 8-week sessions.
Love beyond missed meals
Donating cash or nonperishable food items to a food pantry is vital in ensuring that individuals and families facing hunger have access to the resources they need to thrive, especially during times of crisis.
