At The Salvation Army Carlisle, we dedicate ourselves to serving seniors in our community at our Senior Action Center. We believe that everyone deserves to live with dignity and purpose, and we feel that the participation and inclusion of older adults within our communities is a benefit to all.

We offer a variety of programs and activities designed to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being to our senior neighbors. From social gatherings and recreational outings to health screenings and educational workshops, we strive to create a supportive and engaging environment where older adults thrive.

Our goal is to enable seniors to maintain and strengthen their connections to the community. If you're an older adult seeking companionship or simply a friendly face, we're here to support you.

"They have become my family."

"After the passing of my daughter, I became depressed for a period of two years and stopped coming to the Senior Action Center. I am so thankful for Stephanie and Susan who called and encouraged me to return! The people that I have met at the center have become such a huge part of my life. I live alone with just my dog, but my friends at the center have become my family. I am so blessed by this excellent program!" — Senior Action Center Participant
