Allentown Citadel Housing Services Information
Housing Services at Allentown Corps
Housing crises can happen to anyone, which is why we provide assistance programs to keep you safe and sheltered. During a stay at a Salvation Army shelter, clients will participate in programs and life-skill classes developed to promote self-sufficiency and personal development. The Salvation Army also works with clients to help them transition into a more permanent housing situation.
No matter your circumstances, The Salvation Army welcomes anyone who walks through our doors. If you or someone you know is in need of emergency shelter, please contact us for information.
How You Can Help
There are many ways to support The Salvation Army's local homelessness services:
- Volunteer: Share your time and skills to help with different activities.

The Beall and Linny Flowers Hospitality House is designed to provide food and emergency housing to women in need. Underlying this program is a motivation to identify the causes of homelessness and work to alleviate or eliminate homelessness at its source.
