Pathway of Hope
Pathway of Hope is a long-term approach implemented to help break intergenerational cycles of poverty. The program was created for families who are committed to working hard to change their circumstances and require a helping hand along the way. Families with children who are committed to using our strength-based case management, community resources, and pastoral care will be inspired and supported to achieve personal development. The Salvation Army of Greater New York aims to create an environment that produces wrap-around services, allowing families to establish a support system through TSA’s services, programs, and ministry.
