Wings of Service is a unique community campaign inspired by two original works of art created by local artist Anne Alexander of Higher Ground Welding & Art.

Created by artist Anne Alexander of Higher Ground Welding & Art, Wings of Service transforms familiar, everyday objects into something extraordinary.
Golf clubs stretch outward to form the angel's wings — a fitting connection to The Salvation Army's Fairways for Food Golf Tournament, where the campaign will officially take flight. Throughout the piece, metal, tools and other repurposed materials come together to create a one-of-a-kind work of art.
Much like the materials Anne brings together in her work, Wings of Service represents what can happen when a community comes together for a common purpose.
