We provide a range of non-nursing services for older adults, including affordable housing and a variety of opportunities to connect and engage with others.
Durham Booth Manor

We offer 47 comfortable, affordable apartments for adults age 62 and older with low incomes. In addition to a safe, inviting environment, Durham Booth Manor also provides residents the opportunity to socialize and connect with neighbors in the common spaces and worship and spiritual activities at Citadel Corps, which is adjacent to the apartment building.
After living all over the world, Durham Booth Manor became home.
Iowa native Bonnie Worley lived in many countries with her husband, who was a cartographer in the Air Force, and their three children. But after a lifetime of moving from place to place, Bonnie values the community and homey atmosphere at Durham Booth Manor. "I like being with people my own age," she said. Bonnie particularly enjoys congregating with friends in the manor's great room and playing bingo. "The staff here is wonderful and very caring," she said. "Durham Booth Manor feels like home."
