Hunger Goes Hand in hand with Poverty
Food insecurity exists in our community, even when we don't see it.
Because 16 percent of Norfolk residents live below the poverty level, this means many people in our area are struggling to put enough food on the table for themselves and their families.
How We Help Cure Hunger
Food Pantry | Monday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
Individuals and families in need are eligible to visit our food pantry once every 30 days for a box of staples, including canned and packaged foods, to help make ends meet.
