Great Falls Corps Community Center's Senior Services

At the Great Falls Corps Community Center, we dedicate ourselves to serving seniors in our community. We believe that everyone deserves to live with dignity and purpose. We believe the participation and inclusion of older adults in our communities benefits everyone.

Community
Every Salvation Army Corps Community Center reaches out to the senior citizens in their community differently to meet their specific needs. Through local programs, older adults can gather to share interests, build new skills, and enjoy the company of their peers.

Activities
Engaging seniors' minds and bodies helps them feel young, active, and happy. At The Salvation Army, seniors can enjoy educational classes, build friendships over lunch, relive their youth with dances, attend pre-retirement seminars, and take part in countless other activities.

Residences
The Salvation Army operates several residential facilities for older adults, providing not only living quarters, but also an atmosphere of love, acceptance, and encouragement.

Adult Day Care Centers
Mental and physical disabilities can take a toll on older adults, as well as their spouses and providers. With this in mind, The Salvation Army provides adult day care programs where those who can't care for themselves can enjoy activities and friendships, while their providers can take care of other life matters for a few hours.

The Salvation Army provides a wide range of elderly care and support options.

The Salvation Army passionately invites senior citizens into relationships with others through our many senior centers and eldercare programs. To help combat the loneliness, depression, and loss of independence that often accompany old age, we provide group dining experiences, coordinate activities, visit the homebound, and offer residential assistance for older adults in need of a senior living community.
