Our Local Leadership

Captains Lily and Stephen Reinier

The Salvation Army is led by officers — ordained ministers — who supervise the many programs and services provided in your area. They also serve as administrators, counselors and youth leaders. At the Salvation Army Cape Girardeau, Captains Lily and Stephen Reinier are your primary point of contacts for questions, comments or requests for assistance. Captains Reinier were commissioned as Salvation Army officers in 2017. They currently serve as officers in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and prior to that, were corps officers in Alton, Illinois.
