About the event
Every year, The Salvation Army serves as the final distribution of Christmas gifts for families in need of support providing presents for their children. This year's event will take place on December 16 and 17 at our 20 First Avenue NE address in Rochester, MN.
Registration will open for families in need of gifts on November 1, 2026. Registration is entirely online, and available in both English and Spanish. Visit RochesterSA.org to access the registration link. It will be available from the home screen of the website.
Our team relies on donations of gifts from the public to ensure that no child goes without a Christmas present. Donations of new and unopened gifts will be collected at both Rochester Walmart stores, or gifts can be placed under the Sharing Tree in the center of the Apache Mall.
We also rely on volunteers, who help us to keep the distribution tables stocked, and to help families to shop for gifts. The volunteer signup will open in the next month. Cada año, el Ejército de Salvación (The Salvation Army) lleva a cabo la entrega final de regalos navideños para familias que necesitan ayuda para proveer obsequios a sus hijos. El evento de este año tendrá lugar los días 16 y 17 de diciembre en nuestras instalaciones ubicadas en el 20 First Avenue NE, en Rochester, Minnesota. El proceso de inscripción para las familias que necesitan regalos comenzará el 1 de noviembre de 2026.
La inscripción se realiza totalmente en línea y está disponible tanto en inglés como en español. Visite RochesterSA.org para acceder al enlace de registro; este se encontrará disponible en la página de inicio del sitio web. Nuestro equipo depende de las donaciones de regalos del público para garantizar que ningún niño se quede sin un obsequio de Navidad. Se recogerán donaciones de regalos nuevos y sin abrir en ambas tiendas Walmart de Rochester; también es posible depositar los regalos bajo el "Sharing Tree" (Árbol de Compartir) situado en el centro del centro comercial Apache Mall.
También contamos con la colaboración de voluntarios, quienes nos ayudan a mantener abastecidas las mesas de distribución y a asistir a las familias en la elección de los regalos.
