Get Ready for a Great Summer!
Camper applications will go live April 2026.
Parents/Guardians can register their campers online through the CampDoc registration system. Click here to register online via CampDoc.
Create a profile for eeach camper, which will include the required and necessary information to register an individual to attend Northwoods Camp. The system will send notifications when documents are outstanding and will notify when a camper is fully registered.
Profiles must be 100% complete to be considered registered for camp.
Plan Ahead: Camper Physicals
The State of Minnesota requires children’s camps to collect a certificate of health for each camper, staff member, and volunteer. The certificate of health will be based on a physical examination. It is highly recommended that the physical be performed 90 days before camp attendance, especially for individuals with existing health conditions, but we can accept physicals performed up to 12 months before camp attendance.
A blank certificate of health document is provided in the online registration and can be uploaded once complete.
