Youth Camp Positions

Working at camp is more than a summer job. It's an opportunity to share God's love, create lasting memories, and make a positive difference in the lives of children and families. Along the way, you'll build valuable skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving while gaining hands-on experience in a fun, active, and supportive environment.

Our youth camp season runs from early June through late July, beginning with staff training. All youth camp positions require staff to live at Northwoods Camp throughout the season. Staff receive a biweekly stipend, with room and board included.

Facilities Positions

Northwoods Camp relies on a dedicated facilities team to keep camp running smoothly, from the kitchen and housekeeping to groundskeeping and maintenance. While we don't currently have any open positions, seasonal kitchen and dishwasher opportunities open leading up to the summer months. Check back for future openings!
