Camp Food Service

We strive to create a nutritious and diverse menu for our campers.

Meals

Our camp kitchen works hard to provide nutritious and well-balanced meals that campers will enjoy eating. Campers eat meals cafeteria-style with their cabin-mates and counselors. Camp Counselors get to know their campers’ eating habits and food allergies and help them appropriately.

Critters (Snack Shop)

To complement our camp meals each day, we offer a snack shop, affectionately called Critters, during choice times. Money must be deposited on the first day of camp to allow campers to purchase additional snacks that range from $0.50 for a bag of popcorn to $2.50 for ice cream or nachos. Money turned in for Critters must be in $5 increments, and a maximum of $5 per day will be accepted.

Campers will be issued a bracelet representing an increment of $5. Once that $5 is spent, additional bracelets will be issued up to the amount deposited to Critters back on day one of camp. Any additional funds not utilized (represented by the number of bracelets not distributed) will be refunded at the end of the camp session.

Hydration

Water stations with water and cups are always available throughout camp and in all activity areas. We also encourage campers to bring their own water bottles to stay hydrated throughout the day.
