Shower Ministry

The Salvation Army of Petoskey's Shower Ministry provides access to hot showers for individuals experiencing homelessness, plumbing issues, or power outages. This is designed to help those in need prepare for healthcare appointments, job interviews, and maintain basic hygiene.

In the event of an emergency, such as the 2024 ice storm, the Community Center will also serve as a fully operational shelter offering hot food and showers.

Showers and shower kits are available weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM before Community Meals are served.
