Meeting Spaces

We have a variety of options for conferences, retreats, parties or gatherings.

Echo Grove Camp Meeting Spaces Information

Our meeting spaces are available to rent from August through May for conferences, retreats, seminars, concerts, and other special events. Our goal is to offer opportunities for spiritual, physical and personal growth through healthy outdoor activities and programs. During June and July, we are closed to outside rentals.

Rooms to Accommodate 1-500 people
Set-ups are coordinated between the Group & Contract Services coordinator, Margaret Urban. Any set-ups provided by Echo Grove during your stay are $50 each.

**A $5 per person rate will be added each day for any individuals not staying overnight on camp property during their group's visit.**

Welcome Center

This location features air conditioning, two (2) 65" Flat Screen smart TVs, an analog projector and screen, sound system capability, and a gas fireplace. There is immediate access to public men's and women's restrooms.

This is a seasonal meeting space. It features air conditioning and public restrooms.

Dining Hall 1, 2, and/or 3

Our dining halls can be transformed from an eating location to a meeting location. It has a full sound system, and Dining Hall 1 has a stage and television, making it perfect for conferences or retreat meetings.

Gymnasium

This flexible space can be used for sports and recreational activities, meals, and conference or entertainment set-ups. There is sound capability, a screen, immediate access to public restrooms, and heat and air conditioning.
