Christmas Gift Assistance/Angel Tree
Gifts are given to children ages 0-17 through a “Toy Shop” and food towards a Christmas meal for the household.
- Beginning in mid-October, applications become available online at saangeltree.org
- Documents needed:
- Parent/Guardian ID
- Birth certificate or immunization record, or medical insurance card with child’s name on it
- Proof of address
- Parent/Guardian ID

Some teens may be sponsored through this program to receive Christmas gifts rather than utilizing the “Toy Shop” for gifts.
Adopt an Angel
In a typical year, The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program puts new clothes and toys under the tree for 1 million children who usually must go without Christmas gifts. Anonymous donors adopt these little “angels” in an expanding Christmas tradition that makes the season more rewarding for the gift giver and happier for the receiver. This year, please consider taking a few more angels off the tree or donating gifts in bulk.
