Our food pantry is open Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1:00–2:30 PM. Appointments are required — please call our office to schedule your visit.

At The Salvation Army, we believe no one should have to wonder where their next meal will come from. Our Food Pantry is here to help neighbors in need—free of charge—with groceries to help stretch your budget and feed your family.

To make sure we can serve everyone fairly and efficiently, appointments are required.

To schedule an appointment, call us at (812) 882-6933.

Pantry Hours:

Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

Families may visit once every 30 days.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but if you’re unable to make your appointment, please give us a quick call. This helps us open that spot for another family in need.

After 2 missed appointments without notice, you’ll need to wait 2 months before scheduling again.

After 3 missed appointments without notice, there will be a 12-month waiting period.

We value your time and ours—and want to make sure we’re able to help as many people as possible.

Please remember to bring your photo ID when you come.
