How we help brighten the holidays
Each year The Salvation Army of Muncie seeks to serve the needs of those in in Delaware County. These needs are met through several programs.
- A Partnership with Toys for Tots helps us provide toys for children in our community.
- Coats are collected and distributed to school-aged kids in Delaware county who cannot afford a new coat each year.
- Food cards are provided in the time leading up to Christmas to allow families to create Christmas memories and traditions with full bellies.
- Through volunteer help, money is raised at kettles throughout Muncie to raise money for continued assistance throughout the year.
