How we help overcome poverty
Through a holistic approach, The Salvation Army works intentionally to alleviate the symptoms of poverty while simultaneously addressing the issues that cause it, generation after generation.

Food Pantry:
Pantry days and hours are Wednesdays and Friday from 9-12.
Open to any Tippecanoe County resident. Individuals can receive food boxes, snack sacks, and drinks every two weeks. These food boxes should last a household two weeks, and portions will be adjusted based on household size. Call (765) 742-0006 for more information.
Bus Pass:
Bus passes can be provided during a scheduled appointment. Applications for all forms of Assistance are Available on Mondays from 9 am - 4 pm.
Rent & Utility Assistance:
Utility Assistance is on an appointment basis. Applications for all forms of Assistance are Available on Mondays from 9 am - 4 pm.
Work Required Steel-Toe Boots:
Boot Assistance is on an appointment basis apply online by appointment only. Applications for all forms of Assistance are Available on Mondays from 9 am - 4 pm.
Glasses Giveaway:
Through Eyeglass World, we give away prescription glasses on an appointment basis only. Eyeglasses Assistance is on an appointment basis. Apply online for an appointment.
